T & K Pediatric Services is seeking dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapists throughout central North Dakota to become part of our Jamestown team.

Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Do

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments for pediatric clients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's goals and needs
  • Address areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, coordination, and functional independence
  • Partner with parents and caregivers to provide education and strategies that support progress outside of therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and maximize outcomes
  • Monitor progress and modify treatment approaches as needed
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive therapy experience for children and families

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current North Dakota Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
  • Pediatric experience is preferred; mentorship and support are available for motivated new graduates and therapists transitioning into pediatrics
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, family-centered care
  • Passion for helping children achieve meaningful developmental goals
