Pediatric Occupational Therapist

T & K Pediatric Services is expanding our pediatric therapy team in Jamestown, North Dakota, and we're looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist who enjoys helping children develop the skills they need to succeed at home, in school, and in their communities.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, child-focused environment where collaboration, flexibility, and quality care are top priorities. Our therapists work closely with professionals in speech therapy, physical therapy, early intervention, and behavioral health to provide comprehensive services tailored to each child's needs.

What You'll Do

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for pediatric clients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child's goals and needs
• Address areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care abilities, coordination, and functional independence
• Partner with parents and caregivers to provide education and strategies that support progress outside of therapy sessions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and maximize outcomes
• Monitor progress and modify treatment approaches as needed
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive therapy experience for children and families

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current North Dakota Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
• Pediatric experience is preferred; mentorship and support are available for motivated new graduates and therapists transitioning into pediatrics
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, family-centered care
• Passion for helping children achieve meaningful developmental goals
