T & K Pediatric Services is hiring a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
to support our growing pediatric therapy team in Jamestown, North Dakota.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with children in a collaborative clinical setting
focused on developmental progress, family support, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
• Assist occupational therapists with pediatric treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy activities and interventions
• Support children with sensory, motor, and developmental goals
• Monitor patient progress and document therapy sessions
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to encourage continued progress at home
• Help maintain a fun, encouraging, and child-focused therapy environment

Qualifications
• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
• Current COTA certification
• North Dakota licensure or ability to obtain licensure
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a therapy team
