Part-Time Human Resource Manager
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Part-Time Human Resource Manager to oversee and support our employee relations, resolve workplace concerns, and facilitate a smooth hiring and onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution**
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns or conflicts.
- Mediate disputes between staff and help foster a positive and respectful work environment.
- Ensure employee issues are addressed promptly, confidentially, and professionally.
- **Hiring & Onboarding**
- Manage the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting with selection.
- Oversee onboarding procedures including orientation, new hire paperwork, and training coordination.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the company culture and workflow.
- **HR Administration**
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide HR support and guidance to management as needed.
- Identify areas for improvement in employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in human resources, ideally in a managerial or generalist role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
- Familiarity with HR software, compliance regulations, and onboarding best practices.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Approximately 10-15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options.
- Compensation based on experience.
